- Account: email, display name, callsign (if provided), password hash.
- Event data: teams, legs, check-ins, timestamps, scores, notes you submit.
- Location only when you submit it (summit/park IDs, grid squares, or coordinates in a check-in). No continuous background tracking.
- Technical logs (IP, device, pages) for security and abuse prevention.
Public vs private
- Public by default: event names, team names, callsigns, scores, published leaderboards — that's the point of a race.
- Private by default: email, password hash, precise personal location beyond your check-in, draft events.
- Hosts see entries to their events. Admin (Olli Wanzek) sees data needed to operate/moderate.
Use, retention, deletion
Data is used to run events, display results, communicate about accounts/events, and prevent abuse. We do not sell personal information. Request export/deletion via kj7wrfrelay.com contact; published historical results may remain in aggregate form unless deletion is legally required.
Children & safety
Not directed to children under 13. Under 18s: use with parent/guardian permission and supervision, especially outdoors / on the air.
